Pad Color Recommended Use
White(W): For dry polishing/buffing or with fine water mist to ensure high gloss.
Also used as a cushion between machine and sandscreen or double-sided sanding discs.
Red(R): For dry buffing, spray buffing or light scrubbing.
Green(G): For wet scrubbing.
Blue(U): For cleaning prior to recoating and general-duty scrubbing.
Black(B): For heavy stripping.
Hi-Performance
Black(HP): Extremely aggressive, open and porous for difficult jobs.
